Kelvin sms me that our sec 1 music teacher Ms Tay passed away 2 days ago, SAD, we will miss u Ms tay.

Today
woke up, watch TV. then go swimming. today training damn tough, first, 12 laps=600m, the 3rd lap is backstroke, another is sidestroke ............. then, they put on pyjamas while me n teng do butterfly drill for 2 laps. then, butterfly kick 2 laps. then, sprint. 4 laps. i broke my personnal best of freestyle by 2 sec, from 42 sec to 40 sec. then, tired, request for breaststroke. then, i broke it again by 3 sec. from 50 sec to 47 sec, then everybody stunned. then, go home, bathe n studyyyyyyy

never blog, so sry. woke up, watch tv, go tuition. then, after tuition, go home, eat n wait for call to go play basketball. then, go down n play. play for 3 hours, go home, bathe n watch TV. after dinner, studyyyyy. then at 8, i went to bed.

today, swimming, yesterday basketball n badminton. then, woke up, eat n get ready to go swimming. once reach there, change nnjump into water. start lesson: 2oom freestyle with turn, next is 2 set: 3 lap breaststroke, last lap butterfly. but in the 2nd set, i "special" treatment. the first lap go butterfly, then 2 lap breaststroke then last lap butterfly. then, freestyle kick, backstroke kick, freestyle kick n butterfly kick. then, they do 10 laps under 15 min, me n WT do different. bilateral freestyle. then, go home, bathe n watch TV. next is lunch time. then, i was so sleepy that i slept 2 times. then, woke up, dinner, watched Chipmunks n study....................

today, woke up at 7.30, eat n watch TV. then at 8.30, go swimming. first is 1 lap freestyle kick to the other side, then, 10 laps under 13 min. then, i got special treatment, 12 min, siao. then, swim................................... n i clocked 9 min58 sec, thats fast. the coach asked me who taught u to swim so fast. then, i say dunno, count on my strength. then, wait...... rested 3 min then my sis come in, then another 2 min n the batch come in n rest for another 2 min for the last to come in, siao, that means i rested 7 min to wait for them, good. then, freestyle sprint, 25 m in under 20 sec, siao, then, swim, 1st 25m, 19 sec, then, do dive in, leg first then swim to the other side slowly. then, 2nd set, 25m, clocked 19 sec again. then now is head dive in first then swim back. next set, 25m, clocked 18 sec, swim backstroke to the other side. then, last set, again 18 sec. then, now is 25 m butterfly kick n come back, normal butterfly. then, rest, is freestyle full sprint must do under 50 for me, siao. then, clocked 45 sec. then, next set is 60 sec, munis 10 is 50 sec, just nice at the target time. then, freestyle kick back to the entrance side, go home, bathe n watch TV. then.......................................................

today, once woke up, eat. go swimming at 8.30, warmup n get ready for lesson. then, 2 laps freestyle kick, 4 laps of sidestroke. then, the coach siao liao, after we come back, he asked me to do 1 full lap of butterfly, SIAO, then ................... finally got company to accompany me swim full lap butterfly. then, 1 lap freestyle (first 25, drill, last 25, sprint) then, we saw something very funny. 1 swim mate follow closely with another, when the other mate swims faster, he was at loss. we called them whale n its children, lol. then, 2 laps sidestroke, single-armed. then we wanted to have a relay but majority dun wan. then the coach asked us to dive to how far can we go. then they shocked. then, started diving, one of the swimmate, Nicole can dive until nearly half the lap. then, another boy, Yi Xiang can dive almost same as her. then, until is my turn, everybody looked at me, wanting to beat Nicole. then, i stored up air n energy, DIVED. i dive........................................ then, i continue diving till over half the lap, lol, i m the current winner, i beat nicole. then, is WT turnn he cannot make it as he came out just before the 5m mark n he said i stole his air, lol. then, swim back n get our things n go home. waaaaaaaaaa, my head very pain, suffered a lack of oxygen in the brain, lol. then, go home, bathe n watch tv. then, after lunch, i slept for awhile. then i woke up during dinner time. then, study...........................
